Time and time again as if stuck in an endless loop because, they hardly did\u2026 listen.<br>For she spoke words they couldn\u2019t begin to understand,<br>Finding reincarnation in stories echoed from generation to generation.<br>Until her gift became the stuff of legends.<br>For she is a spirit that has been present from the very beginning,<br>Traveling in the wind, until she finds someone willing,<br>To listen.<br>And as she turned to face the horizon,<br>She saw concrete standing in the place of mountains,<br>A roaming people, some of whom have forgotten where home is.<br>And things beyond the comprehension of those living in the moment.<br>She knew on those things it might be better to stay silent,<br>So, she turned her attention to the present,<br>And affirmed the strength of others who were too busy thinking to realize their own inner workings.<br>So they listened.
