About Me

Nyasha Mutamba aka Paula, aged 22, is currently studying her 4th and final year in Fine Art at the Chinhoyi University of Technology and she did her industrial attachment at Village Unhu. She was born and raised in Harare Zimbabwe. Growing up as an only child, she had to occupy herself thus she resorted to doing art. She has tried out and taught herself different art techniques doing art as a hobby and it was also unfortunate that all the schools she attended did not teach art. It was only until she finished high school that she managed to attend a few art lessons at Peter Birch School of Art for a month. Soon after that she then started her studies at Chinhoyi University where she did her first proper art lessons and will graduate with an Honors Degree in Fine Art. Some of the skills she attained include: figure drawing, landscape painting, mixed media art, photography, sculpting and narrative illustration.
